Terms and conditions

At wise trips ltd,
You have the right to cancel your (Airline, Hotel or a Holiday Package )reservation at any time.
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services by the lead name listed on your reservation, and they won't be processed until we receive them.
The Airlines  may have the right to impose a cancellation fee upon receipt of your cancellation request in accordance with their terms and conditions. 
After receiving a cancellation request, refunds for cancelled reservations will be processed within 14 working days (minimum).

The appropriate cancellation fee will be subtracted before calculating the refund amount.
Refunds will be given using the original form of payment.
Booking Modifications: If you want to make changes to your reservation, including changing the departure date or including or excluding participants, please let us know as soon as possible.
Any additional fees related to the adjustments may also be applicable, and modifications are contingent on availability.
If you don't inform us of any changes within the allotted time, the cancellation policy can be put into effect.
Force Majeure: We reserve the right to alter or cancel reservations without prior notice when circumstances beyond our control, such as natural catastrophes, political turmoil, or unforeseen occurrences, occur.

In such circumstances, we shall try our best to provide substitute options or postpone the trip. A complete refund will be given if this is not feasible.
Please take note that you should buy travel insurance to guard against unforeseen events and any cancellation costs. Customized itineraries or group reservations may have different cancellation and refund rules, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
